Welcome to the world of Gelateria Dolcemente, founded in 2010 with the idea of spreading the delicious gelato of Pizzo beyond the confines of our small hometown. Pizzo, a charming town on the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria, is culinaryly renowned for its centuries-old tradition of artisanal gelato. It is precisely this passion for this ancient art that has inspired us to create exquisite desserts, always striving to balance tradition and innovation. Our flagship product remains the famous Tartufo, a masterpiece of artisanal gelato flavored with hazelnut and milk chocolate, with a soft dark chocolate center; all wrapped in a thin layer of cocoa powder, which gives it the appearance of the famous tuber and from which it takes its name. Our work is geared towards the restaurant industry: we have created all our products in single portions, making them convenient and manageable for restaurants, and above all, we give them the opportunity to offer their customers gluten-free products. We can also assist ice cream parlors in the production of gelato, cakes, and single-serving desserts. Attention to all production processes, professionalism, and the guarantee of a safe product are our top priorities.
