Welcome to the world of Gelateria Dolcemente, founded in 2010 with the idea of ​​spreading the delicious gelato of Pizzo beyond the confines of our small hometown. Pizzo, a charming town on the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria, is culinaryly renowned for its centuries-old tradition of artisanal gelato. It is precisely this passion for this ancient art that has inspired us to create exquisite desserts, always striving to balance tradition and innovation. Our flagship product remains the famous Tartufo, a masterpiece of artisanal gelato flavored with hazelnut and milk chocolate, with a soft dark chocolate center; all wrapped in a thin layer of cocoa powder, which gives it the appearance of the famous tuber and from which it takes its name. Our work is geared towards the restaurant industry: we have created all our products in single portions, making them convenient and manageable for restaurants, and above all, we give them the opportunity to offer their customers gluten-free products. We can also assist ice cream parlors in the production of gelato, cakes, and single-serving desserts. Attention to all production processes, professionalism, and the guarantee of a safe product are our top priorities.

Our products

Our flagship product is the renowned Tartufo, a masterpiece of artisanal hazelnut and milk chocolate gelato, with a soft dark chocolate center; all wrapped in a thin layer of cocoa powder, which gives it the appearance of the famous tuber, giving it its name. In addition to the classic flavors, we also produce other truffle varieties, such as pistachio, dark chocolate, hazelnut, and white chocolate. The product range also includes fruit sorbets and semifreddo in jars, ice cream tubs, and a few classic pastries. Furthermore, all our products are gluten-free, and some are even lactose-free.

Zuccotto Gluten-free sponge cake, delicately soaked in Alkermes, with a creamy semifreddo center enriched with chocolate chips and a luscious cocoa semifreddo. Salted Caramel Minicake

A perfect balance of sweetness and character: our Salted Caramel Minicake. Between two soft layers of cocoa sponge cake, the hazelnut syrup enhances the creaminess of the mascarpone, flavored with salted caramel, for a rich and indulgent dessert. At the service of the Ho.Re.Ca. world.

We produce our desserts and ice cream at our Pisa facility and supply the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, using our own vehicles to deliver to restaurants, beach resorts, and pizzerias. We primarily operate in Tuscany, but thanks to our partnerships with various distribution agents, we also operate in Lombardy and are open to collaborations throughout Italy. We can also assist ice cream parlors in the production of ice cream, cakes, or single-serving desserts.
